I dont want to use a hair straightener or blowdryer!My hair gets very dry and frizzy when I do and I get split ends, but I hate my wavy hair and it looks amazing straight!

Please help but nothing with chemicals,going to a salon to get it professionaly done,nothing permanent and preferrably cheap!10 pts to best answer with details!

Hi I use John Frieda shampoo, Biolage daily leave-in tonic and let air dry. I also use rain water to wash my hair in..I normally have wavy hair and after im done its nice and straight and fluffy too. I really like my hair it grows well with the tonic also..Good Luck!

You can use large hot rollers. Just roll your hair in them, wait until their cool, and then take them out. Your hair will be beautifully straight.

Sorry sweetie, but I don't think it's possible. Chemically straightening it isn't permanent. It wears off in 2-3 months. I have curly hair and it made it wavy, with reduced frizz.

ummm i dont know how u would srtiaghten ur hair without a hair straightener i mean the whole point is in the name. but i heard that some ppl take a clothes iron and iron theyre hair although i think that would be bad for it. try asking professionals i mean theyre supposed to know more then ppl just on the internet..... but i reccomend the chi straightener it works great! oh and i have herbal essence dangerously straight shampoo and it doesnt make my hair any different good luck!

my hair does tha same thing so i scrunch it but try this....when u get out of the shower brush ur hair stright and put a little gel in it and kind keep brushing it until it gets dry and it should make it straight,,,,worked for me...keep it real homey!

Thats a tough one have you tried using sunsilk shampoo and conditioner it really helps. You really should just go to Sallys beauty Supply and buy you a really good blow dryer %26amp; hair straightner. It will be pricey but its worth it and it will not do as much damage to your hair compared to one from walmart!!!!!

Get your hairdresser to press your hair with hot curlers. Make sure they use some type of oil or cream when pressing it to get rid of the dryness, plus it gives it a shine. Then at night either wrap your hair with a silk wrap scarf or roll it with some rollers to keep it straight. Depending on how well your hair takes to heat, you would only need to get it pressed once a week or once every two weeks. I choose to roll my hair because it gives my hair a lot more body. there probably isn't much you can do... shampoos that are made to make your hair straighter DONT DO A THING! what i would do though is stick with a straightener but some are much better than others and don't do as much damage to your hair. Ask a professional either at a store or a hair salon which one you should use. Also, blow drying it straight with a brush doesn't do as much damage to your hair as straighening (but its much harder)
