Is Hair Straightener for males?

My hair is pretty short, I am tired of using wax so I am considering buying a hair straightener, but is that for male? Coz many answers I see in here are females, so I doubt it is only suitable for long hair.

Anyone can use a hair straightener, it doesn't have a sex. My fiance uses one. Its really no big deal who uses it if you like the outcome.

They have male products that straightens and add curl. But, it really doesnt matter if the product is geared toward men or women, it will do the job either way. Its just that the male products is more sutied for short hair. But women have relaxers now for short hair, which comes with less relaxer in it.

The relaxer you use shouldn't really matter if it has a man or woman on the front, as long as it is put in PROPERLY, there really shouldn't be a problem.

BUT, beware, relaxers can permanently change the texture of your hair AND once you start, you must keep it up. A lot of my male friends who were getting cornrows and braids, got tried of pressing their hair so they decided to perm it and their hair became dry and brittle because they did not properly care for it. Getting a relaxer does not immediately guarantee the easy road. But, if taken care of properly and maintained properly, you shouldn't have a problem.
