my hair straightener wont turn on! i went on a vacation and when i got home it would not turn on! can i fix it

I would take it to some kind of repair shop and see what they can do. Is there a RESET button on the part that plugs into the outlet? If so press that and it should work again!

It might still have a warranty on it. Go to the website of the brand of flat iron you have. Most straighteners have 1 or 2 year warranties.
