Hair straightener problems!?

Hey, I have recently bought a $30 straightener from K-mart and I realised that after about 30 mins my hair isnt straight no more.

I see girls with perfectly straightened hair and wonder how they do it. Any help please?? =)

hello there! i would love to help you cuz i used to have this problem ok well if you want really straight hair your gonna have to get a profesh flat iron so the 30$ one isnt gonna do you much good some irons that are good are made by babyliss, chii, or couriouless there are other kinds that are good asweel also your gonna have to spend over 150 to get the results you want

try a light hairspray or a straightening serum! you may be trying to straighten too much hair at one time also...do small sections...good luck!!

oh, i had the exact same problem. I have 3 straighteners ranging from 30 dollars to 50 dollars. If you want perfectly straightened hair, you need a good straightener. Try a CHI...I know, they're expensive, but don't keep buying cheap straighteners. THey waste money. Also, put in a hair serum afterwards. Any kind will do. Like something to weigh it down with. Also, after you get out of the shower, blow dry it with a comb. It naturally straightens it. But my best advice? get a GOOD straightener. Oh yeah, to curly legs, it does NOT need to be more than 150 dollars! You can get good ones on sale. Make sure they're more than..say...80 dollars. She doesn't know what she's talking about, she spelled the brands wrong.

they probably have lifeless hair naturally. since hair straighteners have been invented its been the perfect disguise for those girls. whenever it gets really humid and my hair gets a bit wavy i always smile to myself cos to me its a sign that my hair has life!

so when your worried about those girls with 'perfectly straight hair' just remember that little tidbit, its a great confidence booster.

thts cuz u mite b straightnin wet hair... try it wid COMPLETELY dry hair... and hold the irons down on the ends for longer(widout burnin the ends)... it'll wrk..

first of all you should buy a GOOD hair straightener

i know some are pretty expensive but it's worth it

in the end because they last a longer time as opposed to

buying a cheap hair straightener that you'll have to replace

in a couple of months

what you need to do is blow dry your hair straight first

and then straighten it

but if you don't want to blow dry it just by a good straightening cream or serum and put that in your hair before you straighten it

I think you know the answer before you sent this question in. If you want good hair straigheners them you need better quality ones. I have straight hair but when i wash it , it becomes a bit frizzy (jUst a bit) so i use jodie straigheners (you can get them on ebay) they are very much like ghd but at a fraction of the cost. At the price they are worth a try... Brfore i bought them i just used remington. I always found them to be really good too....... Good luck

I had the same problem..easy soulation..

Straighten ur hair in small sections. While straightining use serlum on ur hair to prevent it from drying out and when u done spray hairspray on a brush and brush your hair..do this a few times and ur hair will be straight for hours.
