A good hair straightener under 20$ or so.?

I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair. I have Remington Wet2Straight..it works kinda but it takes alot of time and the next day after I sleep I have to straighten my hair. I'm thinking about Chi hair straightener but it seems so thin and its about 100-200$. People say its worth every penny but i don't know if its right for my hair. My mom doesn't wan't to chemically straighten my hair.. and she hates it if i talk about. It gets me mad.

Since I'm in school I can only take showers on fridays because its so hard to take a bath and straighten my hair again it takes about 1 -2 hours. I need something cheap and the right size for my hair. Please Help!

A good hair straightener under 20$ or so.?

I have spent hundreds of dollars on straightener products and finally found one that works well.

The brand is andis and its a ceramic hot iron. I got it at walmart for $17. I read a lot of really positive reviews and since I got it I love it.

I have really curly hair and in about 15 minutes its perfectly straight.

and by the way..wet2straight is horrible for your hair. It will fry it and make it more frizzy.

Hope that helps.

Eek, I have the same problem as you. I finally got a Chi straightener, it's definitly worth it. I got mine on amazon, they have pretty good prices.

Honestly, the best straightner i ever used was cheap, and FAST. I have super wavey hair. I think its revlon. Its black and i think yellow. Its thin but it works good.

Sally's Beauty Supply has lots of the straigtners, and at resonable prices. plus, the staff knows them so well.

My little sister has hair like u do(shes 16) and she bought a straightner at Walgreens or any other drugstore (some supermarkets carry them too) it cost her $18 and its by revlon, its all white and has fat ceramic plates which doesnt damage and dry out your hair like non-ceramic straightners do and takes less time to straighten since the plates are so fat and wide.

It works REALLY good on her hair, but her trick is she washes her hair, blow dries it then rubs some hair serum on it and then straightens it(on the highest setting) and rubs a little more hair serum on it when shes done. The end product: soft shiny hair she can actually run her fingers through! It lasts her 5 days before her hair starts looking oily and frizzy.

One of the best items I've tried recently is the babyliss be liss dryer this dries your hair just as normal hairdryer but the be liss has built in ceramic plate grips that straightens hair excellently.Other item that's brill is tresemme salon shine elite-silver ceramic digital straighteners small but don't let this put you off, these are magic.
